Trusted for 35+ Years

With over 35 years in the forestry and construction industry Elliot Henderson have always been involved with PLANT HIRE and took the decision in 2015 to expand the fleet and range considerably. Now the company has in excess of over 50 items of plant ranging from 1 to 40-ton excavators, 1 to 30-ton dump trucks and almost everything in between.

Being in the industry for as long as we have has given us the knowledge and contacts to grow the plant department to what we believe to be one of the largest and fastest growing businesses in its sector today in the south east of Scotland. The plant hire business can be a competitive market and in order to compete and be ahead of the game we have invested in some of the most up-to-date equipment and technology such as dozers with the latest GPS systems and excavators with ENG-CON hitches.

Presently, Elliot oversees all operations of the company, using his 40 years of experience in multiple aspects of forestry to keep the company at the forefront of the industry while also being open to new, innovative approaches.
